Vintage Whimsy & Co. Info

Vintage Whimsy & Co. is an art instruction/entertainment event much like a concert, dinner theater, movie theater, or other public event. Tickets are non-refundable, but you can sell your event ticket to someone else if you are no longer able to attend (for that event only). Tickets are non transferable to another event, credits are not given if you are not able to attend your event.

TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED in advance - no tickets are sold at the door. 

DIY WOOD WORKSHOPS: If you are attending a DIY WOOD workshop, your wood project may have random cracks, chips, knots, and other natural blemishes that give it it's characteristics. Some peeling may occur. Please keep in mind, no piece is absolutely perfect.

FUNDRAISERS: Each painter must purchase a ticket. If you are painting, you must purchase a ticket as studio seating is only available to those who have purchased a ticket for the paint event/class. No Certificates can be redeemed for a fundraiser event. Wine is not served at fundraisers.

For MOM & ME Paint Class and COUPLES Paint & Sip Night events: Ticket cost is for TWO painters (includes all the supplies for two to paint their own project). You only need to purchase 1 ticket for the pair. 

SICK POLICY for KIDS PAINT:   Vintage Whimsy & Co. reserves the right to ask a parent to pick up a child from a class if they are sick. Please do not send a child to art camp or to a creative kids paint class with a suspected illness as this puts other kids and artist at risk.

ARRIVING & CHECKIN: Try to get there early, arrive at LEAST 10 minutes early to check in, find a seat, and grab an apron. Painting classes will begin promptly at their scheduled time. If you arrive late, you are going to miss some of the instructions, and you’ll end up playing catch-up all night. Aprons will be provided, but consider wearing something you wouldn’t mind getting paint on. Purchase tickets early, class size is limited. 

RESERVED SEATING: WE DO NOT have reserved seating (unless 4 or more tickets are purchased in ONE single transaction, then your seats will be reserved for you), if you are attending with a group or with friends and did not purchase 4 or more tickets in a single transaction, one of your group member should be there early enough to save seats for everyone in your party. PLEASE NOTE THAT, I do not ask guest who have already picked their seats to move so that people/friends can sit together. 

FOOD & DRINKS: Vintage Whimsy & Co. is a DIY workshop/paint venue. We will have some special events/classes where food will be be available, but not all events include food.  You are more than welcome to bring food with you and NON-ALCOHOLIC beverages. If it’s an Adult Only class feel free to BYOB.

LOCATION: We are located in downtown Pampa, Texas - at 117 North Cuyler

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: If an event should ever need to be canceled due to weather, I will offer a backup date.

OTHER CANCELLATIONS: Vintage Whimsy & Co. reserves the right to cancel classes or change paintings due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. There needs to be a minimum of 6 painters signed up for a class for us to have the class. If that minimum is not met, registrants will be notified prior to class time and refunded. (Private parties require a minimum of 8 painters)

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Vintage Whimsy & Co. offers gift certificates and they can be purchased online, but MUST BE picked up at studio (your online receipt is not your gift certificate.) I offer a few different gift certificates. Certificates are a ONE TIME PASS... One for a standard paint night, kids paint class and one for a DIY workshop. If redeeming a gift certificate, please message me so that I can add you to the guest list. CERTIFICATES MUST BE turned in upon check in at the event you selected to attend, if not, you will be required to pay for your event. VW has a FIRM EXPIRATION date.

If you are interested in booking an event and curious about a date, first, check my event tab, if an event isn't planned that day or time then most likely the date is open. 

Kids Birthday Parties are $200 for up to 8 painters and can be booked Fridays, Saturday or Sundays- Private events require a minimum of 8 painters to reserve the studio for your private event. No Artistic Ability Needed. You will be supplied with your kit to create your very own piece of art and all the supplies needed to do so! We often, as adults, forget that it is important to be creative. We need a time out just like our children do. It is a therapy in a sense and helps you to clear your mind. No painting experience necessary! Take home your artwork at the end of event.
